School Readiness Consulting welcomes Patrice Jones Forbes to lead Communications

Silver Spring, MD ﹘ School Readiness Consulting (SRC) welcomes Patrice Jones Forbes as Director of Communications. In this new role, Forbes will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of SRC’s communications strategy and engagement. Forbes comes to the organization with over ten years of experience in strategic marketing communications with trade associations, nonprofit organizations, and small businesses. 

“We are thrilled to have Patrice join our team,” said Founder and CEO Lindsey Allard Agnamba. “This is our 10th anniversary and we look forward to Patrice’s energy and counsel as we usher in a new chapter of growth and development in realizing our vision and mission.” 

Forbes, who most recently managed corporate and nonprofit partnerships with Make-A-WishⓇ, has dedicated her career to building partnerships between businesses and nonprofit-based organizations. She joins SRC at a time when many children, families, and communities continue to face challenges now exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic and a movement for racial equity and welcomes the opportunity to be a part of the organization’s mission in this critical time.

Mrs. Forbes earned her undergraduate degree from Bowie State University and has continued her graduate-level studies at the University of Virginia.
