“I believe work in any field, especially research and evaluation, is only truly and ethically accomplished when racial justice and integrous practices are at the forefront of our empirical approaches. This is why I am excited to be part of the team at School Readiness Consulting where we strive to uphold equity, diversity, and critical consciousness in all that we do.”

Sallie is a systems thinker who is able to identify gaps and work with her team to repair them. She draws energy from her passion for social justice and finds joy in building connections with those around her.

Sallie’s strength in data collection and management helps to uphold the quality of SRC’s data collection and findings. At SRC, she utilizes her expertise in survey development and programming to ensure survey measures align with research questions, program surveys and collect data, and conduct statistical analysis.

Sallie began her career as an academic coach in local K-12 schools in the Puget Sound area in Washington State.
