Paula Lin

Paula supports strategy development and evaluation projects by providing expertise in data collection, policy research, and quantitative analysis. Prior to joining SRC, she worked as a graduate consultant and teaching assistant at Center for Public Research and Leadership at Columbia Law School, contributing to consulting projects with state departments of education focusing on improving children’s learning outcomes. Paula began her career as the co-founder of Teach for Taiwan, a non-profit advocating for educational equity based in Taiwan. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration, and earned a Master of Public Administration degree from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, with a focus on education policy and data analysis.
