Imani Jones

Junior Associate

“From an early age, I recognized the transformative power of education and its profound impact on shaping a child’s future. Driven by an unwavering belief in the power of early childhood education as a catalyst for change, I want to continue to push boundaries, challenge norms, and build bridges between communities to create a just and equitable future for all children. At SRC, I can do just that.

Imani is an empathizer who understands the systemic inequities that plague early childhood education. Her analytical skills and innate ability to understand and connect deeply with others drives her desire to make a positive difference in the lives of children and families while working at SRC.

Imani’s expertise includes data analysis, child development and analyzing family patterns such as parent-child interactions. At SRC, she provides support on research and evaluation projects to manage and maintain data quality standards using data validation techniques.

Imani has over five years of experience in the early childhood field. She holds a B.S. in Child and Family Studies with a focus in Child Development from Baylor University.
